    Great neighborhood spot! I definitely see myself frequenting this place.

    I got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad. Delicious and filling.

    My husband has been to this place a few times before we met. He wanted to grab a quick lunch so we decided to go to this restaurant. It's a cute little establishment that closes pretty early. We got there about an hour before closing. We were seated pretty quickly and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and my husband ordered a turkey sandwich with tomato soup. The fires with my burger were not warm. So they didn't come free. Everything else was pretty good. My husband LOVED the soup and the sandwich. I would come here again for sure.

    Restaurant was clean, food was great so was the service. I got a philly steak and cheese, it was great the steak was cooked just right and it was tender.
    I also got some home made white chocolate raspberry pound cake. It is to die for !! You must try, I will be coming back!

    Phil's is the best! I've been coming here for over 30 years (basically since I was born), and this is the first place I go whenever I come back home to Charlotte. The food is excellent, especially the egg salad, and the service is wonderful. You really feel like family when you're here. My family are huge fans of the rye bread, white fish salad, and brisket. If you're looking for a casual and delicious place for lunch, do yourself a favor and check out Phil's!

    These guys do it right - excellent food (breakfast & lunch), great service at reasonable price.
